However, the most efficient way is the sublingual method. You need to put the drops of oil under your tongue and hold it for at least 30 seconds. That is because this area of your mouth is a very capillary-rich area, and so the CBD oil will reach your bloodstream quicker. In this way, the expected result will be also quicker and achieved with less quantity of drops.
